The seamless finish prevents water and other damaging elements from seeping into the truck bed, safeguarding it against rust and corrosion.

  • Custom Fit

Unlike drop-in liners, spray-on liners conform perfectly to every contour of your truck bed, providing superior protection and a sleek, finished look.

  1. Preparation

This initial step is crucial for ensuring the durability and effectiveness of the bedliner. The bed of the truck must be thoroughly cleaned to remove any dirt, grease, or rust. Then, it may be sanded down to create a rough surface that will help the bedliner material adhere better. Any parts that are not to be coated, like bolts or tie-downs, are either removed or carefully masked off.

  2. Primer

Depending on the product used, a primer might be applied to enhance the adhesion of the bedliner material to the truck bed.

  3. Spraying on the Bedliner

Using a commercial spray gun, our technicians apply the bedliner material to the bed of the truck. This application is done in layers to build up a thick enough coating to protect against dents, scratches, and corrosion. The spray gun allows for an even application that covers all nooks and crannies, ensuring complete coverage.

  4. Curing and Drying

After application, the bedliner needs time to dry and cure. This can take from a few hours to an entire day, depending on the type of bedliner and the conditions in the workshop, such as humidity and temperature

  5. Inspection & Touch-ups

Once the bedliner is fully cured, the technician will inspect the truck bed to ensure complete and even coverage. Any necessary touch-ups are made to areas that may require more protection.

  6. Reassembly

Any parts that were removed or masked are put back or uncovered, and the truck is cleaned up for final delivery.
